酒店就在水库边，山上景区。环境很好基本没得说。但是，所有的大床房都是朝北的，不如标间不仅朝南，而且宽敞明亮得很。酒店附属餐厅是个坑，尽量别跳。

首次入住，特地过来爬石竹山的，山是爬的爽，风景挺好，但是也有对酒店不太满意的地方！！
定的豪华标间，窗口不是对着山景，湖景，而是距离山体石墙只有两米左右的窗，房内没有光线，有点无语了！房间隔音效果实在太差，边上几间客房吵的我半夜才睡着，还是国家单位开会的客人，公务猿素质～～～
共接触3位前台，感觉都没有认真培训过，特别是早上做个账单花了1个小时，电脑操作技能也不行，有些地方还是我自己帮着操作电脑的，当时实在是赶时间啊！
