怎么说呢，环境刚开发。周边配套少。只有卡丁车。乡村游乐场。风景空气很好，适合放松下，服务还行，唯一缺点就是酒店前台服务非常差，脸臭的跟死人一样，同行的没带身份证说让去派出所打证明，其他酒店都有工作人员陪同。这个酒店一句自己去。爱住不住的态度非常不爽，希望酒店加上培训，而且这个酒店营销有问题，周末价格卖五百，平常卖280，但是我住的那天酒店最多一半入住率，卖五百明显杀猪。

①叫餐时一人份的食物2个人都吃不完，造成了不必要的浪费。
②晚上卫生间里有漏水的声音到早上6 7点才停，吵的一整晚都睡不着。
③周边设施有的没完全开放。

住宿的木屋还比较有风格。酒店价格是抢购的，比较划算，星级高，但是服务差。没有人带路去房间，温泉也大部分没人管，好多池子都只有20多度。最最最差的是早餐，烂烂烂。没见过哪个温泉度假村这么烂的早餐。极度不推荐。让他把早餐价格在房价里减去吧。

环境真的是非常不错，就在农庄里面，住在里面玩农庄、泡温泉非常方便。但就是服务是在跟不上，前台办好入住以后，去客房是自己找的，路上问的服务员居然都不知道我订的客房在哪里。而且住在木屋花园房没有网络，3G信号也不好。

只有温泉还可以，不过晚上很多池子的水都不热了。房间比较简陋，连个桌子都没有。吃饭很贵又不好。

环境和设施都好，服务需要改善。估计是生意太好，前台工作人员也骄傲了，请酒店总经理提高警惕。为了弥补前台工作人员的过失，保安同志很有心，值得赞叹嘉奖。
