位置不错，酒店设施也还可以，总体服务态度也还不错。就是退房后，有东西拉在酒店了，酒店前台人员有及时通知，就是希望酒店能把东西寄回给我的时候，前台答复说酒店的规定是要客人自己回来拿不邮寄，第一次听到有酒店不肯帮客人邮寄拉下的东西的。只好又返回酒店取回物品。在五楼办公室的工作人员答复说是可以邮寄的，那么不知为何前台答复说不可以。最起码这暴露了酒店的管理和人员培训存在缺失。客人如果坐飞机走了，难道还叫客人再飞回来取东西吗？
