酒店徒有其表，看起来较新，房间很大。说是高档型酒店，其实服务根本不到位，预订后到前台说明也不清晰，明明和前台说有孩子，还给安排得好远，到房间无线，有线网络全部不好使，连手机信号都时有时无，一个技术人员什么都不懂，最后还是服务员送来一个路由器才好用。
想说的是一个高档酒店不是只看硬件的，最重要的服务和细节！

温泉水还行，温泉内淋浴、房间洗浴基本没有热水，前台解释说温泉水压力低，但是温泉酒店没有热水真是笑话，本次出行不满意。

入住后，房间没有浴服，浴巾和拖鞋，后给送来的，室外温泉温度不够高，第二天退房离开竟然还要10元停车费，第一次遇到住宿还收停车费的酒店，这点比较奇葩！
