酒店的硬件设施都不错，还很新！跟5星级酒店比就是差了一个冰箱和保险柜的差距，但是亲子游无所谓了！跟去过得其他温泉酒店相比这个确实是个不错得经历！夏天去应该人会很多吧！好评

我跟朋友带孩子一起去热高水上大世界，酒店附近环境非常好。我觉得酒店应该增加电瓶车送客人去到园区门口，从酒店到水上大世界还是有一段距离的，我们开车进进出出多花了停车费不说，而且停的还非常远，没什么意义！酒店的服务还是挺好的，中间出了点小问题解决的非常快，也很热心！
