在网上订的，房间还是可以，不过和照片还是有所区别！只是房间里边的设施不行，电视根本无法看，世界杯没看成。服务台说看里边的电影，结果也没法看！插座少！房间没有烧水壶，喊酒店拿个烧水壶来，结果一个男的说自己下服务台去拿！然后给服务台打电话让拿烧水壶，拿来了，结果是坏的，壶盖都分家了！跟她说壶是坏的，结果也不理我们！服务态度忒差！马桶座垫也是坏的！建议不要入住！

十一出行入住的，酒店在一个综合体楼上，环境还可以，服务人员太差劲，房卡开错，找不到位置也不去接，态度也一般，一起不是看在环境设施还可以，真的是不想住了
