酒店的硬件条件还不错，前台工作人员服务热情。位置很安静，停车场很大，适合作汽车旅馆。但是酒店入口设计的不好，台阶很高，车又开不到门口，如果带好多行李的话，拿上去比较费劲。可能是淡季，人气不旺。

酒店设施据说是四星级标准。都是干净得无法挑剔，双标间洗漱还备有化妆棉和棉签特别贴心。唯一是床铺灰尘味道的很大，不知道那一间多久没人住和清扫了。

门口快速道打不了车，住二天房间无人打扫，给了出租车司机地址找不了地，早上嘀嘀叫不了车，快速道双黄线无人行道，得步行25分钟穿越马路，周边无一家小商店，建议不推荐此类酒店，对第一次来抚顺的旅客是种伤害。

中央空调不好用，室内温度16度，冬天，屋里穿厚衣服，晚上起夜都冷，睡觉漏哪哪冷，淋浴设备不好用，转换喷头不好用，6点入住，半夜温度都没上来，找不到服务员，打前台电话没人接，内部电话电话线没插，下楼去前台也找不到值班人员，留的纸条打电话还给挂掉俩次，一直不接，也不知道怎么出现三星标准的酒店搜索中，还不如一百多块的如家，真差！
