Clenliness=浴槽の清掃が、まったく出来ていない（清掃自体未実施）、シャワールーム床部の清掃も全く未実施、とても不衛生である。
Servics=夜間のフロント業務者は、アルバイトの様で礼儀作法が０点、朝、昼、夕方迄のスタッフは完璧である。
Location=ホテル周辺には、飲食店、スーパーがあり何不住なく過ごせます。タクシーも頻繁に通っている為、便利である。撫順南駅から６元、撫順北駅から１３元程度の料金で利用可能です。
Facilities=共用無線ＬＡＮは、利用者が多いと利用不可能、その為、別にローカル無線ＬＡＮの準備を依頼し利用する事ができた。但し数に制限がある為、早めに要求する事が必要（先着順）
エアコンの利きが悪くフロントへ連絡したところ、夜２１：００以降は冷房をＯＦＦとの事、暑くて窓お開けるが空気の悪さに喉がイガイガする。
客より営利優先に感じた。
風呂とシャワーの位置が悪く日本人には使いづらいレイアウトです。
