宾馆位置比较好，过马路就到万达广场，老宾馆设施陈旧合理，但保洁太差了，卫生真是不行，边边角角擦的不行地毯太脏几乎没有清洗过，平时吸尘不行，关键床下有废拖鞋水瓶。需要加强保洁了。

这里的房间感觉没有打扫过咨询用品有异味会不会都是过期的。。空调效果基本没有。卫生就算了 没什么卫除了装修稍微好点以外和锦江之星，没有什么区别。多了不说了。生
