酒店在服务，设施，卫生，位置方面都不错，只是希望针对旺季客人多的情况，酒店就餐方面能有好的应对措施，不能因为人手不够就降低餐食质量。

第三次入住抚顺万达了，设施服务方面一直都不错。这次赶上暑假入住，早餐质量下降太严重了。家里人都说这次太不好了，老人家以前都觉得住在这里很舒适，早餐种类多，味道也好，所以这次点名要住这。现在具体说说：豆腐脑是老人以前最喜欢的食物之一，这次连脑都没成，点得不到时候，比豆花还散；所有炸过的东西，包括骨肉相连、薯条、鸡米花、鸡块等等，都不是新鲜的，首先非常硬，像是微波炉打过的，味道上也是沉的，薯条都回生了。馄饨档口的大姐一个人干好几摊活，又要现包馄饨，又要烙饼做卷饼，导致每种食物的制作时间很长，基本等到眼珠子绿了才能吃上。小菜区域狼狈不堪，盘盘见底，盘子周围都是掉出来的各种食物残渣；面包区域还凑合，小点心很少，都是面包，我基本都在这个区域转悠了。看了一下，这次入住的人非常多，团队也多，把整体的环境拉低了。五星级酒店，电梯门打开后，里面塞了满满的穿着泳衣泳裤的男男女女，我也真是醉了。
