有必要评价一下！6号入住到前台，跟前台服务员说有预订，艺龙预订，服务员用鄙视的口气反问，艺龙？好像没听说过！然后告诉我没查到预订信息，我说前几天预订成功了，她又查询一遍，说我预订的昨天的房间，今天没房，我把艺龙app打开给她看，她又查了一会，说他们昨天确认房间，确认错啦，今天有会议，没房了，然后又说给我分配一间16楼的房间！无语啦，到楼上一看，16楼是顶楼，窗户很小，跟我预订的房型不符，遂下楼要求换房间，还是那个服务员，态度很强硬，说没房间，要不就退房换一家酒店，我说那就退吧，这种态度我也不想住！这过程中来了一个穿黑衣服的经理，然后前台服务员报告说这位客气要求退房，我也把实际情况说明了，经理当即决定给我调剂一间房间！今晚退房用了20分钟，效率低下！酒店管理有待提高！
