房间设计非常棒。但酒店整体卫生有待改善，卫生间门后还有上位住客留下的烟头烟灰，走廊的地毯也不干净，再说说早餐，品种少也就罢了，但味道也太差了，还不如个普通家庭主妇的水平。再说说艺龙吧：来到前台竟然说没收到订单，还好有空房间，这已不是第一次出现了，上次就没有入住，客服还打电话问为什么没住，真是无语。说要给我调查结果也不了了之了。你们这样的服务怎样和携程竟争？让客户怎样信任你们？
