本人2018年1月15日通过艺龙网上订了阜阳颖州中路白金汉宫酒店从2018年1月18-19日两个晚上大床房一间。在2018年1月18日下午3点多，有人通过0558-2206135问酒店的大床房已经住满，可以不可以到另一分店住，看在酒店评分的份上，本人一口回绝了。4点多时，另一个人又打电话过来问你可不可不在酒店住。本人就不信邪，在1月18日晚上9点我就过来住。晚上9点多时候到店的时候，***不让进来，看到本人座的滴滴车不咋的。***说太多人骗说送客人进来，就不出来了，不让进。司机拿手机让*看地图还是不让进。司机争了一回才让进。19日早上，吃早餐到了2楼餐厅没有人，就到大堂问，说是三楼吃。到了三楼一看餐厅，满地狼席，象是野猪拱过的地一样。19日三人下午，酒店打电话来问，你为什么不办退房手续。真是晕了！到了晚上提前叫开专票，等了10多分钟没开好，服务员叫回房等下送上房。后来发票来了，两个晚上才开一个晚上的票。等到晚了10点多有服务员电打话说李先生你的发票押金不够！真忍不住就说**！到了20日吃早上，到了3楼找不到就餐的地方，就到2楼还是找不到，又到前台问。前台才说上2楼绕一圈到一楼另边^_^
