停车场保安服务态度太差，问了路都不吊我，随意一指，爱答不理的，看不起谁啊，五星级就这服务水平。以后不得不去住万达了。

已经习惯从网上订房间了，酒店设施设备齐全，宾客Angela办理入住服务态度很好，嘴很甜，热情，有耐心。大堂服务员笑起来很好看，挺不错的，小妹妹带到电梯，入住以后还接到酒店的回访电话，问入住体验，挺满意的，整个入住下来都是笑脸相迎，宾至如归的感觉，酒店附近交通方便，对面万达适合逛街吃喝玩乐都有，阜阳出行首选酒店。
