据说空调在维护，住3天第一天热的差点中暑，第二天经交涉（反映空调通风不佳，酒店人员才告知空调在维修，入住前并无人员或书面提醒我此事），才送了个电风扇。第三天退房时前台反映情况，前台人员轻描淡意说我们不是提供了电风扇了吗？我回复：是不是我要给你们写封表扬信表扬一下你们堂堂五星级酒店竟然也配备了电风扇。

酒店有点年代了，但标准绝对高，住在高处感觉很好，全城尽收眼底，华灯初上，风光无限。酒店游泳池，乒乓球，台球等配套一应俱全，住的不枯燥，餐厅有三个，中西小吃都有，想吃澳龙也有，行政酒廊的下午茶别具特色，很舒心，特别是酒廊前台服务员张晴服务热情，事无巨细，着实为酒店加分不少，天筑豪生入住感受总体就是物有所值，加上服务就是物超所值，到阜阳，你值得入住！
