上午较早入住，酒店前台接待服务好，提前给安排了房间，并根据我的要求，免费给了升级，换了更舒服的大床，房间面积大，视野好，且省去了不少不少时间，不用自己另外联系艺龙订房网去更改预订，效率高，灵活性好。赞赞赞。值得推荐。下次还会再来。另外还有，酒店位置不错，关键停车方便，免费，是阜阳现有酒店中停车最方便的了。

万达的酒店，居然无线信号不行夸张的是他们居然知道，在我房间弄了好久，还是不行，闹钟半夜响铃，跟闹鬼了一样。

什么都不说了，服务有差距，细节有问题，作为一名13年的旅游从业者，只想说五星要有五星的服务，有问题都是管理者管理不到位，员工的执行力和服务不是靠自觉的，是靠管理培训和监督
