我和朋友骑行路过，入住后卫生间地漏堵了，电话告诉服务台后，很快给我们换了房间。我们连服务台都没有去，很喜欢。

房间有异味，与网上订单不附，开始前台开了间427元窗，可我网上订的有窗，后来换460，虽有窗但面积只有十二平左右，可我订的是商务大床22平的，收费没少，感觉被骗了
