房间小，设施旧，窗户小，还塞入付费按摩椅，整体非常拥挤，光线暗淡，灯光不舒服。还五百六的价格，这类房间我们本地的三百上下的绝对比它好太多。

福州大饭店很有人情味，总台办入住时，客人是可以坐着办理的。另外又免费给升级到21楼的商务房，服务很热情，设施也不错，客房还有按摩椅。
