说实话去之前比较忐忑，因为网上的评价太少了，去了以后发现还是挺不错的，干净卫生，房间挺大的，工作人员很有礼貌。位置就在海洋世界旁边，走路三分钟，晚餐在酒店餐厅解决，价格合理，量很大，自助早餐也挺丰盛的

工作人员态度热情，酒店环境也不错，就是5点闭馆后，位置偏僻，没有什么娱乐设施，漫漫长夜只能在房间打发比较无聊

这次的入住宿觉在挺不错的，首先前台的客服小姐姐很主动热情，楼层的服务人员碰面也会主动问候，需要协助的时候反应速度也很快。
这次是全家总动员，退房时前台小姐姐还给3个小朋友每人一个小礼物。
特别说明一下，在前台购买欧乐堡门票，第二天还可以凭手环进入，让整个行程比较悠闲。
小朋友很喜欢这次的旅程！谢谢

夸一下这个酒店，非常适合亲子出行，房间处处很用心，各种不同主题的房间简直太符合孩子们的喜好。服务也很好。卫生间一大一小两个马桶也是第一次看到，非常方便。建议：作为一家专门的亲子度假酒店，酒店内的儿童游乐场可以做得更好一些，设施再多一些，小朋友就可以在酒店里泡一天了。

离欧乐堡很近.这点很方便..卫生间没有挂钩.这点很抓狂..还有酒店自助餐厅不太行.没东西吃.乱..吵..希望改进..
