只是离火车站比较近，乘车比较方便，所以较多次选择这家酒店。经常发现前台接待有些瑕疵，例如这次我入住交了押金，服务员居然没有把押金单给我，我入住后也一直没有告诉我或送到房间来，直至我发现没有给我押金单再打电话追问前台时，服务员才告诉我“开好了，在前台”。（发现没有给我押金单，最起码应该电话告知我）
第二天八点多退房时，只有一个服务员在忙碌接待，且开发票的电脑又出了状况，好几拨客人急切地等着，过了许久，另一位在餐厅吃饭的服务员见状才放下吃的过来帮忙。（早上退房高峰时间段应该有两个以上在前台）
