住了好几次也没什问题，这次住了313，最痛苦的一次，楼上不知道在干嘛，每天晚上两点多还在吵，隔音非常差，住了两天根本没怎么睡，以后不会再来了

看得出有想打造有设计感的特色酒店的努力，可惜的是房屋设计没有顾及到实用环节：淋浴室照明不足，浴室内没有毛巾架和放置杂物的地方，做了干湿分离却在中间放置一块透明玻璃，无法做到更好利用。早餐部分菜式不多，供应也经常不足，餐厅的桌椅好看却不舒适。
优点是地理位置优越，世欧王庄应该是福州所建的新城区了，plaza小餐馆一应俱全，交通也方便，这的确是不得不提的优势。
