位于景区内，酒店设备陈旧，早餐很难吃，但周边都是荒山野岭，不在那吃，下山还要开十几公里才有吃东西的地方，服务人员态度一般，性价比不高。

房间不大 有带阳台 前台服务很差 一定两天第二天早上赶着出门六点半退房前台没人 打电话按门铃等了好久都没认出来 出来后还说就这么五分钟等不起吗，等着走你就直接走啊，一大早听这种话心情一点都不好。态度十分差劲。

酒店位置前不着村后不着店，附近只有这一家酒店。前台接待服务态度极差，没有一点耐心，虽然是垄断经营但这不能成为理由。建议去天门山漂流的当天返程，别住这家酒店，住了保证后悔！

环境不错，房间也还算干净，美中不足的是连茶包都没送，想喝点热茶都不行。喷淋头管漏水，水压小，淋浴不舒服，希望能改进。
