前台人员的责任心很差，提前一天将开票信息交给他们，希望提前准备好发票，她们满口答应。第二天一早到前台时发现什么也没有做，开票信息也弄丢了（最后在桌子底下找到了有开票信息的名片），好不容易开好票之后，打印水单的打印机又坏掉了...最后害得早餐也没时间吃。

房间里连消费的食品都没有，离市区较远，吃饭只能跑机场吃了，或则酒店左手边有个海鲜超市，可以买点东西吃！优点就是离机场近，很近，走路5分钟就到了！
