闹中取静很不错。是厦门市政府驻福州办事处。升级到了行政房，很好。就是厕所马桶水力太小，容易堵

非常好，最棒的是它的位置，绝对的市中心，但又闹中取静。走进院子的时候就能安静下来，这一点很不容易，虽然它的定位是政府、商务，没有健身房等设施。但在院子里散步都是很好的。另外值得称赞的是，服务人员整体都很热情。挺好的一次入住体验，
