前台服务态度太差太不专业，退房时前台告知发票要在艺龙开，现在确定是由他们提供发票，又说过了当月不能开发票，说要投述他，他说他就是大堂经理，他就是处理投述的人，如果再要投述让去税务局投述，你酒店自己的问题一下把皮球踢到税务局，还是星级饭店呢？这服务态度、服务意识去哪了？！一副跟他没关系，你着急上火，人家事不关已，钱一分不少给了酒店，这事跟你没关系？！
