现在这个酒店已经沦落到非常差劲的地步。服务态度差。以前住宿包两人温泉。现在没有也不提前告知。要另外买票。elong说了有送两张30的抵用券前台硬是说从来没有。有个戴眼镜的小年轻一副要吵架的样子。看了就恼火。幸亏elong服务还是很好的。协调解决。要么连事先说好的送果盘都没有。然后就是恶心至极的温泉了。只有一个池子的水是烫的。其他都是冰凉的。浪费钱浪费时间。整个酒店毫无生气。跟鬼城似的。餐厅的菜咸的我炒面用清汤泡着吃。垃圾的酒店再也不去

时隔一年再次来入住，在内心想来该酒店是值得入住 的。但此次住在这里的感觉不如去年那样美好，首先携程网预订时介绍入住酒店首日可获得酒店赠送的一至二张温泉门票，实际入住时是没有送的，其次入住酒店的宾客购买温泉门票时并没有享受住店优惠价，与携程网预订的内容不相符。酒店比去年冷清了不少，估计是位置原因，经营状况不是非常好。空调声音较大，早餐简单了许多。

酒店位于市中心，交通便利，闹中取静，房间很干净，布置的也很温馨，相比同档次酒店，性价比很高。服务员很热情，还推荐了酒店免费的SPA体验，下次还会入住。
