春节期间，订的两间双床的标间，到了酒店，酒店大堂的人说看到的订单是两个单人房？！！！！明明就是把我们的房间卖给了其他客户，现在反咬一口。然后又帮我调房间，最后我拿到的房间一个是单床的小房间，一个是两个小床拼成的大床。我们四个人，这个酒店没诚信可言，特别过分。我们不住也没地方住，所以花了两个双床标间的钱住了两个单间！！！！！！房间也就是快捷酒店标准，比快捷酒店还小，卫生间和淋浴非常小。毫无性价比！！！！我们房间在4楼，除了靠马路非常吵，还有个大机器，一直轰轰的，一晚都没睡，这酒店谁来谁坑！！！！！最后艺龙提出会做出补偿，也承认此酒店有坑客户行为，大家擦亮眼睛吧

第一次住酒店，没有窗帘的。噪音非常的大，楼下有一个消防站。小孩吃早餐，要加收钱的，又难吃。

打电话问酒店，价格是480，这上面定的价格是435，房间根本没有描述的那么大，进门不到10分钟，就被蚊子咬了，房间也很闷，整个晚上都睡不舒服。换房说要加一百多。早餐身高90的小孩要加收我20元，态度也挺冷淡。怀疑网上订的就给房型差的，以后还是直接在酒店订吧
