提前2天预订了蓬莱机场的大巴车，出发的时候还是自已问的才说车满了，都没人通知，再者提前2天预定的怎么可能没位子，服务意识太差了，朋友都差点没赶上飞机，下次带朋友不会入住这酒店了，也不值得推荐！耍的好心情全没了！

赶得实在是太紧啦，没来的急拍照，我先说说卫生，想着这么贵的房间卫生得非常干净，但有的地方感觉好久没有打扫过一样。再来说说水，水量非常小，洗澡的水还特别不好调，让他们服务的人过来还凶我们说我们不会调，最后我们刚开始要办理再入住一天，我去前台，他们说去网上，再后来到下午家里有急事，我们需要退房他们刚开始说多余的按照一个小时30元收费，我们同意啦！但退房的时候，又说要收全额房费什么的，故意刁难我们，说网上不给我们退，其实网上是很好说话的，比她们服务好多啦！说了情况了解玩酒店就给推啦。最后酒店多收我们的退房费，我们就没再说什么，给我们退了就行！

还好吧，早餐得交15元吃自助餐，位置离蓬莱阁挺近的，周围吃的店很多，宝龙夜市很热闹。
