服务有待提高！比如：报车牌为什么要客人亲自到前台，一通电话就能解决的事！又比如：播错总台电话，播去总机……请问有什么区别，可以转接……即使要客人再播是不是应该态度好一些呢？就服务态度，四星太高估了！
