1，订单金额818元，前台小弟非得收你819元，还说你自己看短信，还说他们不会多收这一块钱，那难道客人就会少你一块钱吗？2，充电器不提供，让你去电梯口租借充电宝，要睡觉了充好电还得跑出去还回去，不然就得租一个晚上。3，卫生间设施太差，超级迷你洗手盆（如图）比肩膀都小，超级不好用，吊顶也破了（如图），说是什么花园房，结果窗外都是管道（如图），堵得慌。总结：配不上希尔顿的名字，叫精品酒店差不多。
