这次携带两老出行，入住三天，两老对宾馆丰富的早餐甚是满意，对朝马路房间的静音环境非常满意，对宾馆的佛跳墙价格和味道持有保留意见。本人这次在预订房间时既没预付房款又没提供担保，所以房间只能保留至当晚18:00，由于本人自驾前往，早上因大雾晚出发且在路上又堵了一段时间，故不能在18:00前赶到宾馆，对此宾馆客服建议我与艺龙联系提供担保以保留房间，但与艺龙协商无果，最后还是通过微信直接付押金给宾馆而得以保留房间。最终的结果是圆满的，宾馆客服的服务是积极的，途中多次电话与我联系询问，只是处理的过程多了与艺龙的联系协商，浪费了一点时间和精力，而且当时没心情对艺龙客服提出的对其服务进行打分。

老牌酒店，地理位置佳，门口就是地铁站，卫生服务等都不错，晚上回房间发现还送了一份水果，很贴心。早餐品种很多，老人孩子很喜欢。晚餐在三楼自己点菜吃，佛跳墙有些小贵。四楼还有一个佛跳墙的展厅，吃晚饭带小朋友来增加一下知识，挺不错的。总之都很满意，推荐入住。
