1.房间空间，房间很小，设施上不值这个价位，和100元的小旅馆差不多，光线不太好，灯光暗黄。
2.房间设施，配有电视，空调，电视没看，空调还可以。衣柜里有个保险柜和小冰箱，没用上。
3.卫生条件，应该是周围地理位置的原因窗户边看到过有老鼠，有纱网没爬进来。
4.地理位置，位置确实好，就在三坊七巷里面，虽然个人并不觉得三坊七巷有什么意思，商业气息太重。
5.早餐饮食，早餐还好，稀饭馒头还有一些肉和配菜，也可以让他们现做，鱼丸什么的。
6.服务态度，态度还是很好的，很友好。
