我们年三十初一住了两晚，管理实在太差。第一天开车出去要收费，我们在前台明明已经登记了车牌号的，后来收费处师傅去报车牌给前台，也没人告知要明天去再登记车牌，到离开那天又要收费，要我们自己跑前台再登记。还有，第二天下午5、6点回来发现房间居然没有打扫，也没有给矿泉水。早餐也很差，说到9：30，9：10去什么都没有了，后来上了稀饭，和冷牛奶，要求上面包但是说没有了。餐盘也很脏。
