入住体验感很好👍出差的不二选择。每次出差都会选择这里，已经入住了很多次了。这次让我惊喜的是酒店客房重新装修，让人眼前一亮，房间也很大。前台及客房的服务态度都很好，当时入住酒店行李很多酒店工作人员也会搬帮忙拿到房间 很贴心

凯斯顿酒店非常不错，位置很好，停车方便，房间很大，卫生干净整洁住的很舒适，酒店早餐也很好，是自助餐，更值得一提的酒店服务非常好，尤其前台接待服务态度非常好👍

是要评价一下，先说一下服务态度保持良好，环境也还好！就是你们的工作做的太不够了，我明明定了两天，你们打了三次电话核对，门卡还没到时间没有权限了，你们还说快到时间就这样，也知道是快到时间啊？？？那不是还没到时间吗？何况我定了两天，是你们工作失职的原因，搞得这次入住非常不开心！折磨人……
