非常满意的酒店，入住还意外享受升级服务！卫生干净，视野开阔，窗外就是城墙南门，距离钟楼很近，旁边就有商场。房间内有飘窗榻榻米，可以泡茶，很舒服！

酒店位置挺好。服务不错。收拾房间的服务员误把我的东西扔掉了，经理处理及时，还帮忙买了新的食品，非常感谢。

房间设施老旧，淋浴房渗水不好，洗完澡水能没过脚面，半个小时才差不多能渗完，退房时告诉有旋钮控制，入住时却没有提前告知，服务有缺失；马桶泛黄，马桶圈上有毛发，我不得不自己擦拭多遍；洗手台上还有一个明显的漱口杯的水印渍和一个干茶叶渣，很可能是没有做卫生；虽然是四星，但是已经达不到现在大家对四星的要求，各方面都应该需要好好改进一下了

酒店位置还好，据东街口/三坊七巷大约两公里。
硬件老旧不说，保洁做的也差哎，细说如下：
1. 一进房间，一股霉味扑面而来，从未在四星级酒店走过这种体验啊
2. 中央空调不能调温，感觉太冷，前台直接让关空调开窗
3. 枕头移开，看到了床单上的小洞洞
4. 吧台只有两瓶矿泉水，三星都有的茶包四星这里没看到，玻璃隔层都是灰
5. 沙发扶手上有只死了的虫子
6. 地毯上的小强尸体，脚碰碰，脆！已然升天日久
7. 卫生间的化妆镜安装太里，人要趴在洗手台上才好用，采光也不好
8. 电吹风，一分钟管子就发烫，让人感觉马上要烧坏，我过肩的中发，断断续续吹了四五次
这辈子都不会想再体验一回了
