酒店地理位置离三坊七巷的南后街很近，步行约5分钟；前台服务生和楼层服务员态度很好，客房有水果和夜床服务，前台入住退房速度快，客房服务员微笑让人舒心；房间大小适中，卫生干净，窗口可见福州大剧院；早餐品种适中，口感较好，满意！

入住的豪华大床房，非常有过年的气氛，房间设施齐全，豪华大气！事先预约了婴儿床，到酒店时服务员已经准备好了，并配好了床具，客房服务非常贴心！酒店地处繁华地段，停车位虽然紧张，但是保安控制的很好，只允许持房卡车辆进入，我们连住三天，每天都有车位。

酒店地理位置很好，步行5分钟就能到三坊七巷，吃饭可以在酒店出门左转的老福洲，当地特色美食都有。房间整体感觉很好，干净宽敞，还赠送了水果，很满意。
