其他都还好，客服很客气，就是退房的时候因为酒店自己管理问题，忙着处理其他客人的事情，没有查房就让我们走，我还在大堂等了半个小时，回头就说我们弄丢了一块方巾，还是自己打电话讨个说法才把钱还给我，但是这种感觉很不好，问他们为什么会这样，说是联系不到我，我对他们印象不错才选者住两晚，但请不要再发生这么不愉快的事情，我等你查房的时间还是有的，当面说清楚，而不是背后被当贼！我们自驾游！

很好，交通便利，就在东百边上，购物吃饭都非常方便，酒店卫生干净，服务也很周到，前台还帮我们升级了房间，非常满意的一次住店!
