前台上夜班的小哥挺不错的 晚上三四点了还很有活力 热情 ！ 在其他酒店那个点入住 对待客人都会有点不耐烦 就冲这小哥 给个好评

过年期间和家里人一起入住，酒店在仓山万达边上，去市区经典不是太方便，但好在万达、爱琴海的配套还是完善的，并无太大差别。酒店早餐时间在7:30-9:30，年初三8:30去吃早餐看到的情况如下图，酒店的理由是过年没人…对此我只想说一家自称为高端精品且配套服务好过4星级的酒店，怎么可以在房源全部卖出去的情况下，不跟上配餐服务？！如果这个是理由的话，过年过节建议大家都别预定这个酒店了。

酒店位于万达和爱琴海中见，吃饭购物都挺方便，但离市区较远；春节期间入住，8:30去吃早餐看到如图那一幕，无比震惊，什么都没有…和酒店员工反映，工作人员表示春节期间人员不够…人员不够你们就别卖那么多房间出来，既然卖出来了为什么配套服务不跟上，还自诩是比4星级酒店还要高级的精品酒店，实际上无非就是个普通商务酒店
