没住过这么差的酒店。出电梯一股味。房间里总台和房务电话不能用，有事自己跑下楼。早餐说送到房间等了半个小时没人送。被子只有冬天厚的，要个夏天薄的直接说没有。服务和设施掉渣。没有下次了

空调开制冷18度，两个小时室内温度29度，打总台电话叫处理拿了个风扇……最后答应换了个比较小的房间，中途又来个电话告诉我要是下雨空调水会把这个房间淹了，住一晚上差点闷死热死淹死气死……
