首先装修设施都很陈旧，尤其卫生间，浴缸很脏，厕所有味道。硬件跟四星很不相符，服务真是太糟了，没有住过如此的四星酒店。办好入住，客房卫生居然还没有打扫，我们只有出去逛了，晚上回来发现订的双床房，给的是大床房，打电话给前台，回复他们携程系统上看到的就是大床房，让我找携程，如果我实在要换，在没有使用的情况下给我换。我晚上提的大包小箱的就只有住下。最郁闷的是第二天一大早，发现车上被人扔了一大包垃圾，找了大堂一服务员，推说不是他们酒店扔的，外面人扔的，把我们推到酒店卫生员那，卫生员又推到大堂经理那，大堂经理看我们在餐厅吃饭，说你们先吃早饭再说，结果吃完早饭办完退房也没人跟我们解释下那么大包垃圾是怎么回事，也没有任何歉意。旁边的客人还给填了住客评价，不知道为什么没给我填，另外早餐也简单，达不到四星标准。这次入住真心影响对福州的印象。
