酒店总体不错，服务也挺好的。电梯非常的不方便，拿到卡只能刷到自己要去的那一层。房间的电视机不是在床的正对面，看电视的话，还得坐到椅子上。

作为4星，设施卫生还行。保安素质一般，服务态度差，乱引导停车。过年期间艺龙明确有双早，结果只有一碗米线。其他整体不错。整体还行，服务有待提高。
