老酒店，家庭房是里外套间，外面两张单人床，里面一张大床，房间面积非常大，只是设施太过陈旧。酒店胜在位置好，去三坊七巷、西湖公园、鼓山等公交车、打车都相当方便，周围饭馆也很多，如果能够重新装修一下即使提价也算很好的
