酒店的位置很好，西湖公园和左海公园近在咫尺，周围购物吃饭也很便利。西湖公园的景色非常美。交通也很方便，三坊七巷离得也不远。房间卫生做的挺干净的，房间设施简洁明快，服务中规中矩，微笑服务够不上，一般吧。早餐不错，正餐的味道一般。总之性价比挺高。

酒店离左海公园不远，周边交通可以，自驾游者更合适。内部环境优雅，服务好，早餐很好，但是儿童超1.2米者要收费20元。还有送水果，不错。房间的马桶🚽是智能的，真好玩。

老牌酒店新装修在市区，蚊子多，地下室有味道，不过早餐丰富，马桶窗帘都电动，还送水果，水果很好吃，谢谢。总体还不错。推荐入住。

梅园酒店装修挺新的，环境不错，还送水果，早餐还好，智能马桶没有尝试，自动窗帘好用，和大堂前台换硬币态度好，总约体验是挺棒的！

是一次挺不满意的一次入住。订的是豪华大床，结果拿了个标准大床的房间来忽悠客人。说这个就是豪华大床。客服服务的大姐人很好，态度非常好，在沟通的过程中才知道原来我住的只是标准，请注意，豪华大床与标准大床的价格一天差价是80元(周末)。打分时的星星是给客房服务的大姐，至于前台，不好意思，一分我都不想给。
