两个高级标间，竟然一个特别小，入住的时候明明还有空的标间，前台很不客气推脱必须留给老客户，服务态度极差，房间缺了一块，竟然跟别人完整的房间一个价钱，连一点合理解释都没有，什么服务态度！！！！！！
