预定房型不满意不能退换，到早上隔壁装修敲的人睡不着，打电话到前台，工作人员说体谅一下，***你睡觉我来敲到你睡不着，然后跟你说体谅试试。垃圾酒店！

设施有些陈旧，墙壁，牙刷杯……都是旧旧的，空调开大风会有很大噪音。硬件软件都比较旧。前台服务比较满意，有求必应。
