酒店比较新，卫生也算干净，房间没有异味，还配了电蚊香液，考虑比较周到。服务人员态度热情，服务也很周到，就是过年旁边的饭店都关门，吃饭不太方便。

春节带孩子来福州旅游，在索菲斯波普入住了两晚，感觉非常棒。酒店就在地铁一号线树兜站出口，交通很方便，去三坊七巷坐两站路就直达了；房间很干净也很漂亮，床品都是新的；酒店设施齐全，洗衣室里洗衣液和烫衣板什么的都有；上午11点到晚上11点都有免费的茶点，因为春节期间外面早餐店都关门了，陈晓丹经理还主动帮我们一家三口申请了免费早餐，太感谢了。下次来福州一定首选这里。
