优点：市中心，交通方便，购物吃饭便利，整体环境闹中取静
缺点：当时到大堂问价格的时候，是上午，我问打折房，他们说那是搞活动的，现在没房，想下午再问的时候，刚走20米，打开手机，价格已经提上去了，虽然不多，但是让人心里不舒服
