老四星酒店，位置位于市中心，五一广场步行3分钟即到，旁边两家百货商场，吃饭交通都很方便，总的来说还是很不错的。（行政房间）

酒店地理位置没说的，紧靠五一广场，跟于山风景区也很近。酒店出来往东走点就是五一路主干道，交通什么的都很方便。酒店设施虽然不太新，但服务不错，每天有水果附送。不过可能是过年期间，客房部人手不够，我们住的第二天房间一直到傍晚才来打扫。水龙头虽然标称有温泉水，但是转动不太灵活，需要用力才行，总之设施有点旧。送的自助早餐品种还挺多。今后有朋友来福州，会推荐该酒店入住。

位置不错，挺中心的，离五一广场挺近，三坊七巷也不远，难得闹中取靜，房内干净整齐，书桌上还有一叠书，个人用品特别齐全，连牙线都有，服务态度很好，房间内还送桔子和蛋糕，真的不错，绝对好评！
