前台服务员太不专业，带了小孩没有证件，一句话不能够入住，我从一千公里以外来的，再送回也得时间呀。后来折腾好久他们经理出来说去派出所打个证明就可以入住。早这么处理，费那些口水干什么，把所有人都搞得不愉快了！所以建议前台多站在客户角度考虑一下问题，多熟悉一些业务流程。避免发生让大家都不愉快的事情

在台江闹市区，地理位置优越，门口就有公交站，距离达道地铁站不算远。老酒店了，设施比较旧，不过整体设施和卫生都还可以。早餐在一楼，简餐，还可以煮面/粉。床垫比较不好睡了，有塌陷了，其它还OK吧。需要押金300。

酒店年头挺长了，但毕竟底子还在，房间大小合适，床略硬，相对于前日住的隔壁酒店来说，至少这边卫生干净，不会有老鼠三更半夜出现在房间里！只是建议下次如果有团体会议住宿的时候，散客的房间麻烦不要放在他们房间之间，太吵了！半夜一两点还在嗷嗷乱叫！特别不自觉！早上起来还特么按错了门铃，当是我的房间是他们团队的！烦死人！
