艺龙订房，提示保留到5点。由于晚到，5点多电话前天让留房到10点左右，前台答应。10点到酒店，说没房了，前台先一通抵赖说订单只保留到5点，我出示通话记录后，居然说前台刚工作，忘了登记。反正没房了，爱咋咋地！真他（这里省略1万字）加1万个差评。我的失误之处是打电话到前台让留房没有打到艺龙让留房。

酒店在高德的地图不准，前台办理速度非常慢。非常慢。
房间条件还可以，有洗衣机和阳台晾衣服倒是挺人性化。
前台处理不好，客人一来一走很影响心情，很慢好评。

卫生真的超赞，装修超好（反正是我喜欢的类型）地理位置也不错。旁边就是三坊七巷和西湖公园，反正住着爽，对的起价格。

其他不说，服务差一塌糊涂，房间里面电话是打不通前台的，问题半天没有人解决，老板招人的时候真应该看看招的都是些什么人，别砸了自己的招牌，以后不会再去住，就这服务！
